GUADALAJARA OVER NIGHT TOUR
Travel to the capital of the State of Jalisco one night two days. Starting from the moment we passed by you to your hotel.
On this route we will visit the historic center of Guadalajara, Tlaquepaque and if the weather permits we will visit what was the Ceboruco volcano located in the town Ixtlan del Rio.
POINTS TO VISIT, DAY 1:
-In the Historic Center of Guadalajara, we can see buildings, monuments, squares and parks built throughout its more than four centuries of history.
-The Guadalajara Cathedral, is one of the most representative buildings of the city, not only for its towers with neogothic needles, but because it has a great history.
-Palace of Government, originally of neoclassic style, inaugurated in 1952.
– Theater Degollado, inaugurated on September 13, 1866 in neoclassical style recharged. Decorated with paintings by Gerardo Suarez and Jacobo Gálvez. Its facade is quarry stone.
-San Juan de Dios, is the largest roofed market in Latin America, opened on December 30, 1958, has approximately 3000 stores, where you can find everything. It has 3 levels and 2 parking spaces.
POINTS TO VISIT, DAY 2:
-Instituto Cultural Cabañas, neo classical style with murals of the famous Mexican painter José Clemente Orozco. Declared Patrimony of the Humanity in 1997.
-Tlaquepaque, place surrounded by old haciendas same that we will travel part of the day and where we will enjoy a delicious meal in a restaurant that in times gone by, was an imposing hacienda (Food NOT included).
